About this siteHi - I'm David Guy, a graduate from Jersey Village High School in 1991 and the creator of this website. In June of 2003 I started www.jvalumni.com as a means to communicate with classmates that I had lost touch with over the years since I graduated. I emailed a few of my friends who emailed a few of their friends with word about the site. After the first 2 weeks there were over 400 Jersey Village Alumni registered!! Now there is close to 6,000 members since I started the site. Of course there are other alumni sites out there, but they all charge memberships. I wanted to create a website that had everything the other sites offered, but for FREE!!. I also wanted to create a website that was customized for my high school and not just some generic alumni/classmates website.
Soon after I started the website for my high school, I started getting requests by the members to start other custom sites for the schools that their husbands, wives or friends attended.. Since then I have added close to 30 more custom alumni websites and suspect that I will keep adding more based on the demand by the members.
Remember - Donations and sponserships help keep this a free website. Please donate if you like this website and appreciate the work that goes into it.
